Pricing + Misprints

At Dwell + Drift, we work to keep our pricing and product information accurate and current. Occasionally, an error or supplier update may affect a listing. If an issue affects your order, we will contact you and explain the available options.

Product Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping or delivery charges are additional unless expressly included.

Prices and promotions may change. A routine price change does not increase the price of an order you have already placed. Pricing errors are handled as explained below.

Pricing Errors & Corrections

Typographical mistakes, technical issues, or incorrect supplier information may occasionally result in an inaccurate price, discount, or product listing.

We reserve the right to correct these errors and cancel affected items, including after an order confirmation has been sent or payment has been processed, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an item because of an error, we will notify you and promptly refund the amount collected for that item, including associated taxes and any shipping charges attributable to the canceled item, to your original payment method.

You may choose to place a new order at the corrected price. We will not charge you an additional amount without your authorization.

Availability & Discontinued Items

Product availability can change before our website reflects an update. A product listing does not guarantee that the item is currently in stock.

If an item becomes unavailable, backordered, or discontinued after you order, we will contact you with updated information and available options. If we cannot fulfill an item and cancel it, we will promptly refund the corresponding payment.

We may limit quantities or remove discontinued merchandise from our website.

Product Descriptions & Specifications

We use information provided by our manufacturing partners alongside our own product details. Descriptions, dimensions, materials, weights, and other specifications may occasionally contain inaccuracies or require updating.

If a particular measurement, material, or feature is essential to your purchase, please contact us before ordering so we can help verify it.

If we discover a material error affecting an existing order, we will notify you before proceeding. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Photography, Colors & Natural Variations

Product photographs help illustrate a piece’s design and finish. Screen settings, photography, and lighting can affect how colors and textures appear.

Wood grain, stone veining, leather markings, woven fibers, and other natural characteristics vary from piece to piece. Handcrafted products may also have slight differences in finish or dimensions.

Expected variations are part of these materials and production methods. This does not excuse an incorrect product, a material discrepancy from the description, or a defect. Please contact us if you have concerns about your purchase.

Promotions & Discounts

Each promotion is subject to its stated dates, eligibility requirements, and exclusions. Please review the offer details before purchasing.

If a promotional code does not apply as expected, contact us before completing your order so we can check its eligibility.

Order Confirmations

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not independently verify supplier stock or rule out a listing error.

If an error or availability issue affects your purchase, we will contact you rather than make an unauthorized substitution or price adjustment.
